Count of distinct reporting insiders filing an ownership disclosure against one issuer within the live window, across disclosure regimes (SEC Forms 3/4/5, EU MAR Article 19). Clustering is the property the insider literature finds informative — Lakonishok & Lee (2001) RFS 14(1); Jeng, Metrick & Zeckhauser (2003) REStat 85(2) — but those findings are directional and direction is NOT carried as a typed field on this wire, so no directional claim is made or implied. Filings are deduplicated by document id, insiders by identity, and only the issuer is named. The counting rule and the bands are pronto's
