Clustering is the property the insider literature finds informative — Lakonishok & Lee (2001) RFS 14(1); Jeng, Metrick & Zeckhauser (2003) REStat 85(2) — but those findings are directional and direction is NOT carried as a typed field on this wire, so no directional claim is made or implied.
