Seismic Population Exposure

Population of GeoNames cities (>=15,000 inhabitants) within the felt and damage radii computed by felt_intensity from Atkinson & Wald (2007). A lower bound, not a total: the city table accounts for roughly 3.9 billion people and excludes rural population entirely, so the shortfall is largest in rural areas. Combining an intensity radius with a settlement count is pronto's; neither input is.
